Second Trailer For David Ayer’s End Of Watch

Training Day writer and Street Kings director David Ayer has a new cop drama coming out this fall called End of Watch and he’s presenting it handheld style with multiple POV camera angles and up close in your face action. The film doesn’t look too gimmicky, but I’m awfully curious to see how he implements this filming style to make the movie more engaging when compared to the traditional approach.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Pena star, with Frank Grillo and Anna Kendrick also making appearances.

This latest trailer is directed towards the Hispanic crowd with the use of Spanish title cards and music, but there’s still a lot of footage revealed in English, meaning it’s still worth a watch. The trailer is mostly a re-cut from the previous trailer, but there’s a few little bits dropped in that hint more at the film’s final act.

End of Watch opens on September 21st, 2012.
