Poster Roundup: Spider-Man, The Avengers and Haywire

Right after the trailer release for Steven Soderbergh‘s upcoming film Contagion, we now have the poster for his other film Haywire, which will be opening next year in January.

The film is about a black ops soldier who is seeking some payback after she was betrayed. It boats an impressive cast like Michael Fassbender, Michael Douglas, Channing Tatum, Ewan McGregor, Bill Paxton, Michael Angarano, Matthieu Kassovitz, Antonio Banderas and Gina Carano. Check out the poster below, thanks to The Film Stage:

The next poster is again coming right off the heels of a trailer release, but this time for The Amazing Spider-Man. The film is directed by Marc Webb and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary and Martin Sheen. Webb looks to be capturing a darker Peter Parker that’s looking more like Twilight than Spider-Man. I’m not too sure about the film itself just yet, because Sam Raimi did a great job with the first two films, but I can say the poster looks pretty bad ass.

The Amazing Spider-Man opens up on July 3rd, 2012. Check out the poster below thanks to Empire:

Next up is the poster for The Avengers, which is tying in perfectly with the theatrical debut of Captain America: The First Avenger. The poster is kind of lame, but it is exactly what to expect, something simple and classy to tease the fanboys. The Avengers stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson and Mark Ruffalo. The film will hit on May 4th, 2012. Check out the poster below:

That’s it for posters today. Which is your favorite? Are you looking forward to any or perhaps all of these films? Count me in for Haywire and The Avengers. Still on the fence with The Amazing Spider-Man.
