New ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ TV Spot & ‘Captain America 3’ Directors Confirmed

It has been kind of slow over here as of late. We’ve been working on a lot of back end stuff to ensure you a faster and quicker site to view, but we’ve also been slacking on the actual front end stuff, which is the most important, like posting new content.

I apologize deeply and would like to remind you that The Daily Rotation is far from dead and instead just in the process of getting reborn.

So, excuse me while I play some major catchup on all of the breaking news from this past month.

First up is the Super Bowl spot for Joe and Anthony Russo‘s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Which is shaping up to be one of my most anticipated Marvel movies of the year.

Also, the pair is confirmed to return to direct Captain America 3, which is always a good sign, especially after Captain America: The First Avenger didn’t land as hot as most expected. They haven’t signed anything officially and are waiting until The Winter Soldier drops before doing so, but word is strong that Marvel likes what they’ve done with the sequel and would love to fast track another film as soon as this one lands. So, it’s not officially done and set in stone, but it is sounding like a pretty much like a sure thing, unless something bad happens between the parties between now and release.

Below you can see Chris Evans and the rest of the stacked cast in what appears to be one of the first big blockbuster films of 2014:
