Netflix And Amazon Have Company — Hulu

Hulu announced today that they would have some more exclusive content to make them comparable to the likes of Netflix and Amazon. In a new deal with Turner Broadcasting you will now be able to catch Adult Swims and Cartoon Networks top rated animated shows on their service. Some of those TV shows include Rick and Morty, Black Jesus, The Amazing World of Gumball, Steven Universe, Over the Garden Wall and Clarence.

If the newly top rated shows aren’t your thing you’ll still be excited to hear that this Hulu deal will be including the likes of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Dexter’s Lab, Robot Chicken. On the live-action front they have acquired all of TNT’s episodes for the hit drama The Last Ship which is directed by Michael Bay and the crime drama Murder in the First.

Hulu not only acquired the rights for TNT’s current shows but also its future drama and comedy shows as well as TBS shows. All of these shows will be available for streaming starting May 1st.

I’m glad to see that Hulu is still pushing to get exclusive content and isn’t giving into the pressure of Netflix and Amazon streaming. Especially with Netflix having exclusives such as House of Cards and Marvel’s Daredevil.

So I ask you, if you are Hulu member, what shows are you looking forward to? Would you binge watch any of them? I might be interested in binging Dexter’s Lab. If you’re not a Hulu member, is this something that would make you want to get a membership? Let us know in the comments.
