Thanks to the good folks at News.com, we have some more set photos from Jose Padilha‘s Robocop remake, which is currently still shooting. The pics provide a few different looks at Joel Kinnaman as the titular cyborg police officer, supposedly in the scene where he is introduced to the public at a protest in Detroit. It’s interesting that he is being unleashed against people protesting his very existence, and maybe this movie will be smarter than people are expecting it to be. If you keep scrolling down, you’ll also get the first looks at Michael Keaton, who is playing the corporate villain in the movie, as well as The Wire‘s Michael K. Williams‘ first appearance on set that has been spotted by fan cameras. Keep scrolling down to get the first look at Robocop‘s motorcycle, something that will be new to this remake, as the character previously only had a car.
Despite the reports that the Detroit police force will drive brand new Crown Victoria cars in the film, Jalopnik.com has the first image of the motorcycle RoboCop will be riding in the new remake, check it out for yourself and let us know what you think in the comments below.
