It’s only taken like 15 attempts, but Warner Bros. has finally nailed the Catwoman marketing for Christopher Nolan‘s The Dark Knight Rises. Up until this point I’ve been kind of crossed, with some of the stills looking good, but most of them coming off too techy and less feline, if that makes any sense at all.
This newest poster (plus 2 new banners to boot) finally establishes the look AND feel of the Catwoman character that has been absent in the marketing so far. It’s simplistic, dangerous and provocative all in one. Too bad most are getting tired of all of this promotional stuff by now.
The Dark Knight Rises pounds its way into theaters on July 20th, 2012.
