‘It’ Remake Not Dead Just Yet

Earlier this week we reported on a story about WB essentially killing their It remake, with budget cuts and location shooting changes factoring in on the letting go of the current director.

The entire film was basically put on hold as WB shuffled to get the proper word out.

Now, confirmation is coming in stating that the film is still very much alive, with no move from WB to New Line confirmed or even a shooting location locked down or changed.

We do know that the once-hired True Detective director is still off the project, with a new director being scouted and probably confirmed within the next few weeks.

This still sounds like a lame story, because WB is simply re-hiring over most-likely creative decisions that could have probably helped the now-struggling film.
