Paul Walker‘s tragic death has definitely shook many over the past few days. It’s something that unfortunately has lead to Universal having to make some tough decisions regarding their upcoming film, Fast & Furious 7, which was still in the middle of filming.

Walker was a major key to the franchise’s success and with his passing comes the difficult decision on whether to scrap the film and start over or delay it until they can figure out how to both honor Walker and deliver a quality film that continues the series forward.

Director James Wan and his cast and crew have decided that the film won’t be getting scrapped and that we will see it someday, just not when it was originally scheduled to be released, which was sometime next summer.

I can’t even imagine how difficult this must be for everyone on set and my thoughts continue to go out to everyone.
