‘Fast & Furious 6’ Poster And Super Bowl Spot

I’ve been waiting for this one all night! Finally, after the synopsis trickled in just the other day we’ve now got our first official look at Justin Lin‘s Fast & Furious 6, starring Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and virtually everyone else from Fast Five and the Fast/Furious series.

This Super Bowl spot shows us that the action has definitely been kicked up another notch, with airplanes, tanks and a whole lot of cars getting blown to pieces. It also looks like they’re keeping with that same heist tone from Fast Five, while also dropping in some car chases to keep everyone happy.

Luke Evans can be seen briefly playing the film’s villain and if you stick around until the end you get to see Michelle Rodriguez!

Fast & Furious 6 opens on May 24th, 2013.

Check out the first official poster for the film below, followed by the Super Bowl spot:

Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.
