Alfonso Cuaron‘s Gravity opens this fall. It looks like it has a strong possibility to be considered for some Oscar love, especially since it stars George Clooney and Sandra Bullock.
Also, Cuaron has done a lot of ground-breaking stuff to get the shots to look as real as possible. If you’ve been living under a rock and have no idea what Gravity is, then perhaps watch this teaser trailer, which is scary and unsettling without showing a drop of blood or gore. It feeds off of some of the most basic fears of life, like loneliness and the feeling of having no control over your own outcome.
Today, we’ve got another quick look at the film, which can be seen up above. It features Bullock in one of the small compartments of the space shuttle. Cuaron has gone on to discuss how he filmed certain sequences to ensure their authenticity and I must say his attention to detail is impressive.
Are you looking forward to Gravity?
