Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy Trailer

A new trailer has surfaced for the upcoming thriller, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, which is being directed by Tomas Alfredson (Let the Right One In). The trailer looks very good, considering its amazing cast and very mysterious tone.

I have not read the novels on which this film is based on or watched any other TV or film adaptations of it, but judging strictly on this trailer alone and the names attached I can easily say this has jumped up on my list for fall releases. Something about seeing Gary Oldman playing a bad ass makes me happy. He managed to make The Book of Eli watchable based on his performance alone and now it looks like he has hit another home run with this film!

It also looks like Tom Hardy is quite the busy man as of late. First, he signs onto The Dark Knight Rises as Bane and now he seems to be in every other project. His upcoming films include Warrior, The Wettest Country in the World and This Means War.

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy stars Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Mark Strong and Benedict Cumberbatch. It will be released on November 18th, 2011.
