Some good news today for those who have missed out on a couple (or all) of The Elder Scrolls series of games: Bethesda has announced that The Elder Scrolls Anthology will be released on September 10th, and will feature every (main) Elder Scrolls game…ever. That means 1994’s Arena to 2011’s Skyrim. The downside? It’s only going to be available on PC, so you might want to invest a couple hundred dollars in upgrading your current setup. The collection also includes physical maps of Tamriel, Iliac Bay, Morrowind, Cyrodiil, and Skyrim, which is pretty damn nifty. Not included are the Elder Scrolls four cell phone games, and the series’ two PC spinoffs, Battlespire and Redguard, but all of the numbered entries are accounted for, along with all of their DLC. The price tag is a cool $79.99, but considering what you’re getting, it’s not that bad of a deal, especially if you have yet to discover the mystical world of Tamriel. It’s a great and complete collection…at least until the sixth Elder Scrolls game releases!
