Howard Hughes Film No More, But Christopher Nolan Still Wants To Do A Bond Film

Christopher Nolan is one of those rare talents in Hollywood that can manage to make a unique and smart film on a big budget. Just look at what he did with 2010’s Inception.

He’s been eying a Howard Hughes film that was supposed to come into play after The Dark Knight Rises, but he’s told Empire that it’s probably not going to happen. He’s said all that he’s wanted to say about wealthy characters that were orphaned at an early age, so it looks like this is the end of that project.

One thing that he still has an interest in is directing a Bond film. Don’t expect him to follow-up Sam MendesSkyfall, but he did mention in 2010 that he’s always had an interest in the series and that if it lines up properly he’d like to take a shot at it.

The future holds a lot for Christopher Nolan and I’m sure we all want to know what he’s going to do next, now that his Batman trilogy is complete.
