2012 Twin Cities Film Fest Lineup Announced

The lineup for the 2012 Twin Cities Film Fest has been posted and I must say that it’s shaping up to be one of the more memorable film festivals in the Minneapolis area. The lineup went live on the official site last week and it features a wide array of films, from up-and-coming filmmakers and seasoned veterans. There’s a spread of hot-topic documentaries and some MN debuts like David O. Russell‘s Silver Linings Playbook and Dustin Hoffman‘s directorial debut Quartet.

One film I’m especially excited for is David Spaltro‘s Things I Don’t Understand. Our very own Sean Canfield actually had an opportunity to see and review the film earlier this year, plus talk to director David Spaltro about independent cinema and how the landscape has changed so much over the last few years.

Click here to secure your tickets and make sure to help spread the word around Twitter and Facebook. They also have a donation page open that could secure even bigger titles for next year, so make sure to donate whatever you can.

I know I’ll be there at the festival covering a range of titles, so feel free to let me know if you’re going to be attending and for what films. We might bump into each other!
